This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is concluded electronically between the Seller whose details are provided below and the Buyer who places an order via www.glowvidabeauty.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. PARTIES

1.2. Buyer
Any natural or legal person who purchases via www.glowvidabeauty.com.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of cosmetic products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery details are presented to the Buyer before checkout and in the order confirmation email.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Product prices are the sale prices valid at the time the order is placed. All prices include VAT. Payment is made via secure payment methods provided on the website.

5. DELIVERY
Ordered products are handed over to the cargo carrier within 1–3 business days after the payment is approved. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

To use the right of withdrawal, products must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Cosmetic products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
- Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or damaged.

8. RETURN AND REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, once the returned product reaches the Seller, the product price will be refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE
By placing an order and completing payment on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Contract. The Contract enters into force upon completion of the payment transaction.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable legislation. For details, please review the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice on the website.

11. JURISDICTION
In disputes arising from this Contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
